What shipping options do we offer?

 

HGHs are sent in insulated coolers with special cold packs.

All the non-HGH orders are sent regular mail, fast courier service (EMS or Express Mail Service) and transportation and delivery service as well.

 

 

How long will it take to receive the order?

 

After receiving the payment, your order is dispatched within 48-72 hours.

Delivery time depends on the final destination point and the delivery method you choose.

We can’t guarantee the transit times.

Shipments take approximately 9-11 days to be delivered.

 

 

Shipping cost

 

Shipping cost is 20 USD for HGH orders and 15 USD per order for all non-HGH orders.

The orders over 500 USD are shipped AT OUR EXPENSE.

 

 

What is the reship policy?

 

In case that customer doesn’t receive the parcel, we will offer 50% refund or discount towards future purchases. In many cases we will also offer FREE RESHIP of complete order (this is left at our discretion).

Delivery is carried out all over the world from EU (Germany, Poland).
